Hiring Process

You will receive an email acknowledgement once your application has been submitted online.  Please check your junk mail if you do not see the acknowledgement within an hour.  

In some cases, a couple of weeks may pass between the date the position is advertised and when applicants are notified if they are invited for an interview.

Pre-Employment & Background Checks

Your employment is contingent upon: 

  • Successful completion of a national background check.
    • Driver abstracts are conducted on positions that operate a company vehicle.
    • Federally-funded passenger transport positions are conditioned on satisfactory results of a post-offer drug screen and medical examination or inquiry. 
  • Successful completion of professional references, typically 3 or more 
  • Completion of Form I-9 and provision of the required employment eligibility documentation.
  • Documentation of job required education, licenses, certifications, etc.
  • Completion of Company new hire and acknowledgment documents.
    • Direct deposit or electronic funds transfer to a pay card is required.
