Are you looking for a committed volunteer role that allows you to build your resume while making a difference?

Volunteer with Sound Generations’ Community Dining and help us provide affordable, nutritious meals to thousands of older adults in King County.

This role is part of the Volunteer Manager Corps (VMC) –  a program developed by United Way of King County, in partnership with 501 Commons that provides community volunteers with the tools and resources needed to help nonprofit organizations develop effective volunteer management practices.

VMC runs from early February through May. Volunteers will serve an average of 10 hours per week during normal business hours, on a flexible schedule, and receive training and support from 501 Commons. Volunteers who finish the program are eligible to receive a $400 service award.
