FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What time does the event start?
Please arrive for registration, our Just a Touch of Inspiration Outreach Fair and Networking at 11AM. The Luncheon will begin promptly at 12PM.

What do I do when I arrive?
Our greeters will direct you to the registration table where you will check-in, find your table number, and receive your name badge.

Where do I park?
We encourage guests to carpool or arrive early to ensure easy parking. The Bellevue Hilton lot is providing complimentary parking for our guests from 11am to 2pm.

I need to cancel my registration or change my meal option. What should I do?
Thank you for letting us know! Please email ipaa@soundgenerations.org by Friday, June 21 so we can cancel your lunch order. Cancellations after this date can still be processed, but our guarantee will have already been submitted to the caterers.

I am not able to attend the luncheon, but would like to donate. What should I do?
If you cannot attend and would still like to support Sound Generations, you may do so online by visiting our Gift In Lieu page. You may also mail your donation to the following address*:
