Summary: We are actively seeking volunteers to assist us at our Inspire Positive Aging Awards Luncheon celebration. It showcase and honors the contributions of older adults throughout King County
Full Description: Join our Event Volunteer Team! Set-up crew will assist the Resource Development Department in transforming the ballroom and registration area into a celebratory space. This entails, ensuring the ballroom tables are properly dressed with centerpieces, table tents, programs, and favors. In addition, you will assist with setting up the photo booth, raffle ticket, and nomination lane areas. Lastly, you will help ensure all event and directional signage is in place prior to the start of the event.
Requirements: Should be able to lift and carry 5-15lbs., comfortable with multi-tasking, and moving in many different directions. Dress code is casual. If you plan to stay for the luncheon, please bring a change of clothes or dress business casual
