Sound Generations’ Pathways Information & Assistance is a member of the Community Living Connections network. Our program, along with network members, links King County residents of all ages to a variety of local resources.
ACRS (Asian Counseling & Referral Service) offers a broad array of human services and behavioral health programs to all Asian Pacific Americans in King County – immigrants, refugees and American born.
CISC (Chinese Information and Service Center) helps Chinese and other Asian immigrants throughout King County by providing information, referral, advocacy, social and support services.
Evergreen Health Access Program partners with many community organizations to assist low income and uninsured residents of northeast King County who face barriers in accessing affordable and quality health and social services.
JFS (Jewish Family Service) helps individuals and families in the Puget Sound region by providing a wide range of human services, including essential services for older adults challenged by aging or disability, support for family members and caregivers.
Neighborhood House helps diverse communities of people with limited resources attain their goals for self-sufficiency, financial independence, health, and community building.
Sea Mar Latino Information & Assistance Program serves seniors 55 years and older by providing seniors with information and opportunities aimed at helping them in their day-to-day living.
Veterans Information & Assistance Call Center provides one-stop assistance for King County veterans, active duty, National Guard and reservists and their families regarding benefits and services.
