Summary: We are seeking volunteers to support our Marketing & Philanthropy department with a creative project.

Join our Marketing & Philanthropy team! Looking for a fun way to learn more about Sound Generations? The Marketing & Philanthropy department is looking for volunteers to assist with a special creative project to steward our donors & supporters! Volunteers will assist with the printing/placing of photo stickers on special “thank you” notecards.

Requirements: Should be detail-oriented, okay with repetitive motion activities, comply with organization COVID-19 policy, and consent to a Washington State patrol background check.

Social Media Ambassador

Are you savvy with social media and have a following of 200 or more? Are you passionate about supporting aging adults? Then we want to hear from you. Sound Generations supports people on their aging journey through community connections and accessible services. COVID-19 has merely highlighted the challenges older adults face EVERYDAY!  Help spread the word about the importance of what we’ve been doing for aging adults for the past 50 years.  With your advocacy, we can continue to support the basic needs of our aging neighbors now and in the future!

 

Position: Ambassador

Schedule: One-time/ Ongoing/ Flexible

Duration: 1-2 hours a week (this can be the minimum knowing they can always do more)

Summary: We are actively seeking volunteers to assist us in bringing awareness to the needs of aging adults in King County during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Full Description: Outreach with us!  We are looking for individuals who are no strangers to social media.  Time has shown that the friends and followers of people who share news and information about a cause they believe are more likely to show support and donate alongside their friends. Looking for 4-10 individuals who are open to posting on social media to share how they can support Sound Generations and our programs during the COVID-19 crisis.

Requirements: Should be personable and comfortable with sharing information on personal social media sites regarding the needs of the aging community during the COVID-19 pandemic.
