Sound Generations is proud to announce that it will be hosting two Powerful Tools for Caregivers Class Leader trainings in 2019! The Powerful Tools for Caregivers program provides caregivers with tools and strategies to better handle the unique challenges that they face. As a Class Leader, you will be a part of a national program and have the ability to offer and lead the Powerful Tools for Caregivers program in your own community. Please feel free to share with your networks.
Here are the training details:
WHEN: February 4-5, 2019 and March 4-5, 2019 (please specify your preference in your response)
WHERE: Sound Generations – 2208 2nd Avenue, Seattle, 98121
WHO: Professionals or volunteers from healthcare, social services, community based organizations, etc. Powerful Tools for Caregivers classes must be conducted by 2 leaders – please ensure that you have a partner before applying.
COST: $100 (includes certification, workbook, and DVDs) – to be invoiced prior to training
REGISTER: Please complete the Class Leader Application and send to: camilleg@soundgenerations.org. Once we receive your completed Class Leader Application, additional details and materials for the training will be sent to you via email. Space is limited, so be sure to sign up soon!

Join us for upcoming training opportunity to become a Matter of Balance Coach! The training is 8 hours in total and covers all basic information and material that new coaches need to begin facilitating a Matter of Balance workshop. Completion of this training is required to earn A Matter of Balance certificate in order to facilitate A Matter of Balance workshops.
