Volunteer with Community Dining

Community Dining volunteers give back to the community by assisting with providing hot, nutritious meals to our older adult population throughout King County.  In 2021 we served over 264,653 meals to 4,160 individuals with the help of 212 volunteers contributing 20,715 hours!

Take a look at all of our Community Dining site locations service hours in King County to see when each site is preparing meals.

PLEASE READ BEFORE APPLYING: Most centers request volunteers in the mornings anywhere from 1-4 hours through the lunch hour, Mondays through Fridays.  The South Park Senior Center serves dinners Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays and would need volunteers in the afternoons/early evenings. Minimum age is 18 years old for volunteering with the meal program.
