Replacing older toilets with high-efficiency models can save a family of four up to 24,000 gallons of water and $140 each year. If you meet the following criteria and income guidelines, you can qualify for 1 free toilet per household, as well as free installation by a licensed, professional plumber.
How To Qualify
- You are a homeowner of any age with a Seattle Public Utilities account.
- You currently live in the home you own.
- Your existing toilet was manufactured before 2004.
- You meet the Water Conservation Program Income Eligibility Guidelines.
